Eurotrials belongs to Health Cluster Portugal
Since its very beginning, Eurotrials has had a place on the board of Health Cluster Portugal (HCP), where it is represented by Maria João Teixeira de Queiroz. Health Cluster Portugal was set up in April 2008 and is the first competitiveness and technology centre in Portugal.
This project involves around 70 public and private science and health institutions and includes a wide variety of organisations, ranging from companies and universities to research institutes and hospitals. HCP's purpose is to create a network for exchanging ideas and projects in the area of health on a global scale, thereby helping to foster the country's technological competitiveness at international level.
It also includes organisations like Fundação Champalimaud, Coimbra Neuroscience and Cellular Biology Centre, Laboratórios Bial, Oporto University's Institute of Pathology and Molecular Immunology, Lisbon Institute of Molecular Medicine and the Iberian Nanotechnology Institute, among others.
