Eurotrials HQ is ISO 9001:2008 certified and, throughout the years, the scope of our certification has become wider in order to include all our services. This ISO certification comprises a constant evaluation of the quality of our services and of the Quality Management System, which is re-assessed and confirmed by an external experienced auditor on a yearly-basis at Eurotrials headquarters.
Eurotrials’ Quality Assurance unit is an independent unit, responsible for the Quality Management System of all Eurotrials geographies. All units of our company have their own Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), written and established by the operational staff in tight association with the Quality Assurance Unit.
The Quality Assurance Unit is also responsible for performing Internal Audits to all Eurotrials’ units, promoting a continuous improvement system by identifying Non-Conformities and implementing Corrective and Preventive Action Plans (CAPA). In the event of a problem related to any Eurotrials services, the Unit has specific procedures implemented for handling complaints and supports their resolution.
